The biggest week in US racing is here.

The US Professional Nationals Championships are being held this week in Charleston, West Virginia. Atlantan’s carry a strong history here, with Ian Garrison (Big G) and Joey Rosskopf both carrying wins in the elite time trial. Joey also won the road race in 2021.  There is clearly something in the water over in Decatur. 

Our very own MG, as well as fellow ATLien Brock Mason, are up North flying the flag of our city. The aero suits are here, chains are waxed, and alien helmets to be donned- we are very excited to see our guys fly. 

The individual time trial is Wednesday, Criterium Friday, and Road Race Sunday.

Hey everyone! 

Writing to you from the hotel in Charleston, West Virginia. 

After a full gas run from Sea Otter to Speedweek, the past week has been about rejuvenating the body and the mind. A few days shrugging the shoulders in position on the TT bike and a few little efforts on the world-famous Pizza and Tucker rides. 

The time trial is tomorrow and I’m coming into this event the most excited I’ve ever been. I’ve spent less time focused on numbers, and more time with my utmost joy for racing my bike. We’ve been off to an incredible start with podiums on the road, gravel, and mtb all across the US. While not a focal point, the numbers are far higher than they’ve ever been before. 

The support from partners, sponsors, friends, and family that have made this year possible is beyond incredible. A testament to this team of support, Nikki wanted a striking stealth design for the TT and our friends at Cuore agreed to produce a special (not yet available to the world) aero TT suit made for me.  They frantically produced and shipped it halfway across the world in a matter of days. It arrived this afternoon, and I’m so excited to show it off to the world tomorrow. 

The bike is dialed- a big chainring, a special waxed chain adorned with a CeramicSpeed polish, and fast wheels from close friend Alan at Perc Coffee (THANK YOU). 

Heading off to get dinner soon to get some carbs in.
