Recharging
Hey Everyone!
Back home in Atlanta now after a full gas week of recovery, travel, and work. I raced the infamous Driveway Series last Thursday with heavy legs before heading back to Atlanta Friday morning and getting out for a TUK, APT double over the weekend.
Returning home after a dynamic time in Texas feels great. Reconnecting with my community here feels grounding, allowing me to settle in and recharge. With plenty of recent races behind me, I'm grateful for the opportunity to let that intensity shape my training. Race, recover, repeat.
My next big event comes April 13 with Sunny King, so now I’m allowed some time to settle into my routine. I’ll spend the next few weeks in Atlanta before heading to Girona to grab a few belongings and indulge in a week of Spanish roads.
With the multiple early wins on the road, I'm heading into future events with an overwhelming sense of calm and confidence. There is no frantic pursuit of fitness that isn't there. I’m at the highest level I have ever been. The step back from the European racing world has allowed me the room to be myself, discover what works best for me, and create the calendar and goals that excite me wholeheartedly.
Happy Riding.
